Speed Training
Our Speed Training Program is specifically designed for each athlete with a common goal to enhance foot speed, agility, power and flexibility.

Speed, Agility and Quickness Training is a system of progressive exercises and instruction aimed at developing fundamental motor ability to enhance the capability of athletes to be more skillful at faster speeds and with greater precision. It is important to remember that the improvement of running speed is a complex process which is controlled by the brain and nervous system. In order for an athlete to move more quickly, the leg muscles have to contract more quickly, but the brain and nervous system also have to learn to control these faster movements efficiently. If you maintain some form of speed training throughout the year, your muscle and nervous system will not lose the feel of moving fast and the brain will not have to re-learn those proper control patterns.

The Speed Training Program can be conducted as an individual session or in groups of no more than twenty participants. Depending on your group size please see Group Training or Team Training for more information.

This program is highly recommended to as a supplement to any sport.

Group Training
Developed for groups of no more than 8, these speed sessions can be as broad or specific as the group desires. They can be tailored to a specific sport, or the focus can be on general improvement of speed and movement skills. Also, make sure to check out our competitive group exercise and conditioning classes.

Sport Specific Training
Our Sport Specific Training Program is exclusive to each individual athlete. Each specially designed program will focus on improving targeted skills, such as linear and lateral movement, vertical jump, change of direction and injury prevention.


Strength, Power & Conditioning Team Training
The SPC Training Program is a specifically designed program based on the wants and needs of your team. Specialized programs are typically designed for baseball, football, basketball, softball, and volleyball. These are just a few examples... we can design a program specifically for any number of other sports. Don't forget to ask about our off-site training. When designing your training program you can choose for your team to train at our indoor sports facility or we can come to you!

Combine Testing
Our combine testing is done using state of the art equipment and is guaranteed to give you accurate results. A 60 minute testing session will include, Vertec vertical jump testing, 40yd timing, I-shuttle drill, L-drill, bench press, and standing broad jump.
