COREfit Women's Class
A 60 minute total body cross-training class that focuses on cardio conditioning using fun speed/aerobic drills and free weights. All levels welcome. This class meets Monday-Friday 8:00am-9:00am. Cost: $15

HardCORE Women's Class
A 60 minute core cardiovascular workout focusing on strength, conditioning and flexibility. Guaranteed to make you sweat!! All levels welcome. This class meets Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30am-10:30am. Cost: $15

Xplosive Speed & Weight Training Class
This highly competitive class combines speed training, plyometrics and weight training for a total body workout. The Xplosive speed class is a great supplement to any sport! This class meets Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:00pm-6:00pm and Tuesday, Thursday 7:00pm-8:00pm. Cost: $30

Weekend Warriors SAQ Class
For the true athlete! This highly competitive class is designed to increase speed and agility, abdominal strength, improve running mechanics and make athletes more aware of ways to prevent common sports injuries. Guaranteed small class sizes. This class meets Saturday 9:00am-10:00am. Cost: $30

FASTkids Speed Training Class
This 12 & under class is designed to introduce kids to SAQ training, increase speed and agility, abdominal strength, running mechanics and improve confidence on and off the field. All fitness levels welcome. This class meets Tuesday & Thursday 4:00pm-5:00pm. Cost: $25

Tri-FIT Adult Conditioning Class
Are you looking for a challenging cardio, strength and flexibility workout? This class is designed to challenge your endurance, strength, coordination and balance. Tri-FIT will combine high intensity weight training with CORE abs for a total body workout. This class meets Tuesday & Thursday 6:00pm-7:00pm. Cost: $25
